Who We Are

Chris and Sharayah Katz were born and raised in the communities that they serve. While they have pursued other carriers early on, they built their business over years of research, hard work and dedication to the clients they serve. What began as a side business in 2016 and has evolved in to a successful business, serving various types of settings from change-overs, full-time residence, Air BnB’s and commercial office settings.

In 2003, Chris has ventured into the world of Hospitality, working at the Borgata Hotel, Casino and Spa, in Atlantic City, NJ. During this time, he obtained a vast array of knowledge in the world of serving clients and putting the clients needs first. After departing the Casino industry, he joins the County of Cape May where he served as a general building maintenance worker, then moving into the janitorial and supply warehouse where he became a purchasing agent for various county supplies (electrical, plumbing, carpentry and janitorial supplies). Chris didn’t feel satisfied in where his life was and continued to find a better way to serve people. In 2014, he embarked on a career as a Law Enforcement Officer in Wildwood, NJ where he remains employed today as a K9 Handler with his two partner’s K9 Bane and K9 Storm.

Early in Sharayah’s career, she was a shift manager at Wawa. While employed at Wawa, Sharayah learned the fine art of customer service, point of sales and the importance of relationships. Sharayah left Wawa after her desire to start a family. Upon returning to the workforce, Sharayah has worn various hats (caterer, cleaner, server and most importantly MOTHER) as this woman is a hard worker and has often worked multiple jobs at a time. In 2014 Sharayah entered into the world of being a Legal Assistant at a local law office in, Wildwood, NJ. Due to her hard work and commitment to her craft in the legal world, she received various offers to move up and transfer to a larger firm. To this day, Sharayah maintains her position of Legal Assistant, in a large firm in Atlantic County.

As they have progressed in life, Chris and Sharayah have built a family together resulting in six beautiful children, that keep them on their toes. If we could sum up what’s most important to us, in this journey of life, it would be that nothing is more important than family. Family is the driving force with what we do on a daily basis; from their children’s busy sports schedules, to having that quality time laughing and giggling at home as they watch their children blossom. Family above all! Your family, your home and your offices are equally important.

“The services that we provide; the relationships we build, the hard working staff, the smiling faces that show up to work (always an owner on site) and the passion to make our clients happy, that is what is the driving focus of our business and what we do.” -Chris
